Advent History

The Great Second Advent Movement

In 1798 a series of prophetic events took place which ushered in the "Time of the End". Time prophecies ended in 1798 and 46 years later others ended in 1844. One of the outstanding events that took place in 1844 was the discovery of the breach that had been made in God's Holy Law; the Seventh-Day Sabbath Truth; as well as the restoration of the "Spirit of Prophecy" to God's waiting children to fulfill the declaration of Revelation:

"And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." Revelation 12:17. "...For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." Revelation 19:10
