'Present Truth' Ministry Issues
Special Warning:
There are among us some claiming to be Prophecy teachers, who teach they have the 'Loud Cry" message to call people out of Adventism. The Spirit of Prophecy is clear that all such claims are false, here is one such statement.
"The Lord has sent messages of warning and entreaty, messages of reproof and rebuke, and they have not been in vain. But we have never had a message that the Lord would disorganize the church. We have never had the prophecy concerning Babylon applied to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, or been informed that the "loud cry" consisted in calling God's people to come out of her; for this is not God's plan concerning Israel." Review and Herald October 3, 1893 para 12.
These same teachers put forth a message not long ago that seriously downplayed the importance of the Sabbath, claiming that it was Satan that inspired Advent Believers to hold up the Sabbath message and emphasize the importance of keeping it! This is serious error that does not agree with either Bible or the Spirit of Prophecy! One reference of the many available, will show the danger of this false message:
"I saw that the holy Sabbath is, and will be, the separating wall between the true Israel of God and unbelievers; and that the Sabbath is the great question to unite the hearts of God's dear, waiting saints." EW 33.
We must not, allow ourselves to be deceived by false teachers claiming to have 'New Light' which is nothing but old darkness, no matter how volumous their output in You-Tube videos. Flee back to the Bible and straight testimonies of God's Messenger and reject anything that does not agree completely. The devil can mix bits of what sounds like truth with the error--so flee from these lying teachers!
